  I used to like this place. I would go here for pedicure and acrylics regularly and was almost always satisfied with their work, not the customer service but the work was generally well done. But the last time I went to book an appointment to get my nails done I was told that the only lady that knew how to do acrylics was away for an unknown amount of time. I was then told that if I wanted acrylics so bad that I should try a different nail salon. And that is exactly what I did. I have not been back since and after seeing more recent reviews on how this place seems to be going down hill, I don't plan on ever returning. Extremely poor customer service, and it's certainly not a relaxed spa atmosphere with your nail tech not speaking English and not holding a conversation with you. By the end of the appointment your neck hurts from staring up at the tv the whole time.

  wasnt too pleased. I rarely get pedicures. But from what i remember they last longer the 10 minutes. She left the bottom of my feet extremely rough and my feet are drier now then when I went in. I looked ayat y nail polish when I got home... and its smeared.... so not even nice. I also found it quite rude that when the girl sits to do your pedi she turns to her co worker and speaks in a different language and laughs. Continues throughout the pedi to speak in another language. It's rude. Try talking to your client. I was also not too pleased to see that they dont change their nail files every client.... so the same nail file is used on multiple people. Im flad ot wasnt longer because I found myseld worrying about cleanliness on their tools. I wont go back. Next time I will pay more and go somewhere I know I will get a proper pedicure, be properly taken care of and not made to think they're laughing at you. Also I think they should change theeir tools each client.

  Staff used to be very thorough and do an excellent job but I noticed in the last several months they started booking too many appointments too close together and staff started rushing through my nails skipping steps and doing a very poor job. The last three times I went, I was given a new staff member who obviously needed more practice. My nails were cut crooked and painted unevenly. When I complained on my last visit I was just laughed at and not given a refund. Staff speak almost no English so are talking in another language the whole time you're there. I won't go back to this establishment and do not recommend it.

  Always have had great experiences with pedicures and manicures and it's very reasonably priced.
