  My wife and I found that Michelle Seiler was great to deal with. Michelle gave us the impression that she was quite honest and straight forward in her sales approach. Michelle seemed to be knowledgeable about Ford trucks and upon vehicle delivery her after sale truck features orientation was appreciated. The rest of the staff at Big M were very firendly and courteous.
