  Accompanied my mother in law to her appointment. Her appointment was for 3:00. We were the only people there when we arrived 20 minutes early. By 3:00 the waiting room was full. His office booked several appointments at the same time. When we finally went back to the exam room we talked to one of his nurses (who was very nice) for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. When Dr. Taylor came in, he did not say hello, did not ask my mother-in-law any questions and simply read what the nurse wrote. He then scribbled a prescription and walked out before we had a chance to ask any questions. His nurse applied liquid nitrogen to a spot just adjacent to my mother-in-law's eye and we were told to make another appointment on our way out. Not impressed with his manners or his skills, as he simply wrote a prescription for a medicated cream that had already been tried on the problem areas.

  Kept waiting for an hour even with an appt.Staff were polite, doctor was not polite ,snarky and exam was done very fast ,did not even aswer questions ,left the room in the middle of my sentence ,left me to ask question again to his assistant.Was given a pamphlet on patient conduct expectation upon arrival. Postings through out the office, again on patient conduct expectations. With cleary stated threats of "expulsion".Clearly Doctor Taylor does not feel he has to follow any conduct that is professional or courteous.Over all his staff are proffesional ,Doctor is not ,perhaps it is time for retirement.

  Waited 2 hours even tho I had an appointment. The ladies that work there were amazing! Very nice however Dr. Taylor spent less than 30 seconds in the room with me didn't even speak one word to me. And checked out the total wrong area that was bothering me ... not impressed with this doctor what so ever. The medicine he gave me I told him it didn't work for me that'd what the last doctor gave me and he walked out and ignored me .

  The receptionist was really nice and Dr. Taylor spent a lot of time with me. Very knowledgeable doctor and staff.

  Waited 2 hours even after having a appointment. Although the staff was really nice. Dr Taylor was in the same room as me for less than a minute I found out from the pharmacist what the prognosis was and what my persciption was used for.
