    I was very disappointed with this florist. They fulfilled an order through FTD for me, and sent home incorrect care instructions. When the instructions were followed the plant was dying after one day. It was a weekend, so my folks returned the plant. They indicated perhaps the plant had been over watered at the greenhouse as it wasn't dry when returned and hadn't got dry. They couldn't replace the plant with a comparable plant, and offered a very cheap alternative. When my parents refused and wanted me re-imbursed they refused and instead indicated I should talk to the FTD florist I ordered from. They then told the FTD florist I should not receive a refund as the plant had been left dry for a week and my parents refused a substitution. This meant the FTD florist did not want to refund my money either. I am very disappointed that the instructions sent weren't correct, and the plant was not well, and it was so difficult to get a replacement of the same value or refund. After alot of stress and battle this situation will hopefully be resolved, however it remains to be seen if my refund ever materializes.
