  Good prices for gas, and a discount of 7 cents per litre if you pay with your PC MasterCard. Note: all superstore gas bars have been sold to a private company which will operate under the name Mobil. Apparently PC points will still be earned, though.

  The Real Canadian Superstore is the most non - customer oriented store I've ever shopped in. First off, to start your shopping trip (for those with children), there's no parking stalls for parents with children. Most other large stores have these. Instead Click and Collect stalls have been put in where these stalls should be. Then you have to pay a dollar to use a cart ( only store who does this now). After you've done your shopping and are lucky enough to find everything on your list in stock, YOU, the customer has to bag your own groceries!!! All the cashiers do is fling your groceries as fast as they can across the conveyor belt creating a traffic jam of customers waiting to get to their groceries. The cashiers at SS have the easiest job ever. None of the staff ever know where anything is if you ask and most of them are rude. I would say the SS in Medicine Hat is a poor representation of their chain, but all of the ones I've been in are like this. Superstore, you are disgraceful. Do a better job and start putting your customers first instead of your greed.
