  Rooms are a nice size, large bathroom, comfortable beds & pillows, and really friendly front desk staff.

  Upon waking up there was a receipt under my door for the night. When talking with the man at the front, he was very condescending. I explained the situation and how I wanted to pay debit, he told me “You can pay debit as long as it’ll go through as approved”. Annoyed my response was, I wouldn’t be paying debit if I didn’t have the money for it.

  I specifically asked for my credit card to not be charged and it was only on file for reservation and I would be paying by debit once I got there.

  staffs were warm and friendly , very attentive and helpful, rooms were clean , breakfast was okay for the stay but with limit options , having a laundry room helps a lot

  My father had a medical issue that brought me unexpectedly to Medicine Hat. Upon arrival Leslie the front desk clerk asked me what brought me to the City upon hearing the story gave me the compassion rate. Thanks Leslie. I asked her for a quiet room away from action as I had not slept the night before then drove 3 hours and sat in a hospital at my dad's bedside all day. Leslie was so accommodating. As well she was so sweet and helpful. Upon falling into the bed that night, which was very comfortable I had a very peaceful sleep due to the hotel being quiet and woke up the next morning and enjoyed their great breakfast before returning to the hospital. Great way to start my day. But definitely a special shout out to Leslie who was so sweet kind and compassionate but very efficient and had me checked in quickly and with no hassle

  Now after paying on debit, I still have a hold on my credit card for the next 10 days while traveling across the country. Absolutely terrible customer service from the man at the front desk. He ruined a good experience and I will never use Comfort Inns for any of my personal or business needs again.

  Very clean and very friendly staff. Signs in elevators to rate them on TripAdvisor so they mush be conscious of there service level. Recommended staying there.
